Privacy policy

Website visits, demo requests and your rights over your information.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Scope and contact

This policy explains how your information is used when you visit ClariShelf’s public website or request a demo through the website or LinkedIn.

ClariShelf is a product and brand name. For privacy enquiries about this website and demo requests, contact iletisim@clarishelf.com.

Processing associated with customer accounts, workspaces and use of the product is also governed by the relevant service agreements and notices. This page is not a customer data processing agreement.

Your demo request

Our website form collects your name, brand and work email. A LinkedIn demo form may request your first and last name, work email, company and job title. The request date, source and related correspondence are also processed to handle your enquiry.

We use this information to review your request, reply by email and arrange the demo. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a recurring marketing or newsletter list.

Necessary business contact information is processed on the legitimate interest ground in Article 5(2)(f) of Turkey’s KVKK. Where you are personally a party to a prospective contract and processing is necessary for it, Article 5(2)(c) may apply. These grounds do not constitute general permission for marketing unrelated to your request.

Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without the necessary contact details. Please do not send identity documents, payment details or sensitive information such as health data.

Transmission and service providers

The website form sends information directly to Web3Forms, which processes the submission and delivers an email notification. Your request may also be held by the email service. Requests submitted through LinkedIn are received in the LinkedIn advertising account; LinkedIn’s platform processing is covered by its own privacy policy.

Hosting, network security and, where configured, analytics services support delivery, security and measurement of the site. These services may process technical information such as IP address, access time, browser/device details and the requested page.

Web3Forms and analytics services may be provided from outside Turkey, so information may be processed on infrastructure in other countries. Providers describe their processing and transfer terms in their agreements. You can contact us at the address above for information about transfers and your rights.

Cookies and usage measurement

You can choose analytics and session recording separately. Optional choices are off by default. PostHog starts only after the relevant permission is given; no cookieless visit counting takes place after rejection. Recording permission does not grant analytics permission. Form inputs are masked. PostHog privacy information.

You can change your preference for analytics cookies and session recording. They are not required to use the demo form. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing.

No permission has been given for optional measurement.

When configured, Cloudflare Web Analytics also runs only with analytics permission. No marketing cookies or retargeting pixels are used. Your choice, version and selection date are stored in this browser for 180 days, then requested again. The page may reload when an active choice changes to stop measurement. Cloudflare privacy information.

Retention and deletion

Requests and correspondence are retained for as long as needed to respond, conduct an ongoing discussion and, where necessary, protect a legal claim. Relevant factors include whether the discussion is ongoing, the last contact and applicable legal obligations.

Retention of provider copies may differ. Web3Forms’ published policy allows form submission retention for up to three years, subject to a shorter plan-specific period or earlier deletion. This does not mean ClariShelf retains every request for three years.

To request correction or deletion, email iletisim@clarishelf.com. Requests are assessed against the relevant records and applicable retention obligations.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in Article 11 of the Turkish KVKK, you can:

  • Ask whether your information is processed and obtain information about its processing, purposes and use.
  • Obtain information about recipients in Turkey and abroad.
  • Seek correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction where the conditions are met, and notification of those actions to recipients.
  • Object to an adverse outcome based exclusively on automated analysis and seek compensation for harm from unlawful processing.

Send requests to our contact address. Additional information may be requested where necessary to verify your request securely and avoid disclosing another person’s information. KVKK requests are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days. Your statutory right to complain to the Turkish authority is preserved.

Where GDPR or another data protection law applies to your processing, you may also exercise the applicable rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint to the competent supervisory authority, subject to the relevant conditions.

Updates

This notice and its date are updated when processing practices change. Additional information and any necessary consent are provided for a new purpose.
